Can anyone explain the various options for advertising?

Which option is the paid to click?
What is the differences between paid to click and paid to promote?

paid to click ... in this option  the ad is showed in the paid to click .. and the users can see that ad forat least 10 sec.

in the paid to promote zone ... the non- members can see that add in the PTP rotator (paid to promote)
the paid to promote zone is suggested only for increase traffic to site, if u want bulk traffic ,  if u want morer quality .. i suggest u paid to click zone ..
